For software installation, physical intervention is highly recommended. In some cases, it is possible to make that remotely.
We provide support to all our customers with maintenance of our Softwares.
For all customers with the V-STEEL solution, an online ticket system is available for customers with :
- Possibility for managers to follow in live the evolution of tickets.
- Requests for specific changes (internal part of the company)
- Participate in the evolution of V-STEEL. The VEGA PM company gathers all the requests of its customers, in order to evolve its V-STEEL solution according to the real needs of its customers.
